      •        In order to regulate the collection, processing and use of personal data by all employees of the company, personal data protection operating procedures are formulated in accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Act".
    • Implement personal data protection policy
      •        Personal data protection training is held from time to time every year to help colleagues understand legal requirements, division of responsibilities and related protective measures.
        • Implementation status in 2025
      •        New colleagues are required to sign a personal data collection notification statement and consent form, and personal data protection law education and training is provided to current colleagues every year. The company has implemented education and training on the basic concepts of the Personal Data Protection Law in 2025, and has conducted education and training for 39 employees in total.
